My faith is a little difficult to define. I mean, if I’m anything I’m a christian, and I’m baptised, but growing up we never went to church or anything. I got married in church and the priest gave us a Bible as a wedding-gift. Before that, I’ve never owned a Bible of my own.
We celebrate Christmas and Easter but we’re not churchgoers.

About my background in the paranormal, it’s not anymore complicated than playing around with homemade ouija-boards and candles at sleepovers with my friends. Aside from that, I’ve been told that I am «open». Not sure if that’s the term used in English..?

I will try the St. Michael prayer.

I would like to add that I’m worn out mentally due to things I have been through in life, from a very young age. This has lead me to not having a will to fight in different situations. I pick my battles very carefully. And since I haven’t been able to see the severity of this situation, this is not a battle I have picked. Starting to realize I should have, though...

I take salt baths, try to once a week tonight I did it has been over a month since my last one. It is supposed to cleanse you of any spiritual attachments. I do feel rejuvenated. After the salt bath, I shower as usual to remove any salt that might dry my skin the reason I added the shower to the story is ppl always comment about not showering which I do daily. I also burn frankincense most burn sage some call it smudging I call it purifying doesn't matter whatever works. There are many ways to resolve these issues and can be found here on the forum. Listen to the bird she has taught me many ways. The Bird being Debi.

Welcome to the forum. :armand -Armand

Emo, please consider that this spiritual entity is just baggage that you don’t need as a burden going forward. If you rid yourself of this entity, there will be one less thing to splinter your attention and your energies.

You can then channel that freed attention on your family, your friends, and yourself. You have living persons here that need all of your energies.

Emo, once again you present the classic case of a target for negative energies. Half of the battle is acknowledging you have been targeted. Take the next step and order it to leave. And yes, I do mean firmly, strongly, and mean it. There are other steps you can take, but start there.

I agree that this may be parasitic in nature. And it seems to be a little more intimate than I think most would feel comfortable with.

Ah the notorious ouija board. Lots of kids use those things and deal with the consequence of having spirits mess around with you for the next decade. I know from experience. Do you think that may have caused this attachment?

I don’t know if you’ve ever tried this, but because you are a Christian (church attendance/membership doesn’t mean much), you’ve got every right to invoke the name of Jesus to cast out spirits. And it wouldn’t hurt to pull out your bible and read it aloud. The other night something scared my 3 year old son and would not go into his room even after cleansing it. So I read him the gospel of John and he calmed right down. Demons don’t exactly like a story about grace.
