Cool Dad !
Let me first say that you've been given some very good advice by the others here, and although nobody will demand or tell you to do this or that, in my experience there is no such thing as a beneficial spirit that ever demands anything. If you go through stories of those with guardian entities, you will never, ever come across a tale where the entity wanted payment of any kind. What you have described is a classic personal 'haunting'. Here, you have something the entity wants, and it's gone through a fairly typical progression to convince you it's ok. You say you're mentally exhausted. I would wager a fair amount that the exhaustion you feel is caused or at least exacerbated by the constant presence around you.
The good news is that you can get rid of such spirits. They're generally far weaker than living humans (and you can tell by the fact that this one doesn't simply take what it wants with no nevermind as to what you think about it), but getting rid of it can take time. You have to be resolute, consistent, and exert yourself, and it can be trying. But, it is a short term process for a long-term gain. I highly encourage you to lean on the others here for methodology. And we will all be here to help support you.
I can't think of anything else that could have caused the attachment than the ouija board or similar seances. I remember at a sleepover with 4 of my friends at the time, the one living in the house where the sleepover took place drew a pentagram on the floor and placed candles around and in the middle of the pentagram. She then told us to sit in a circle and hold hands, after she had turned off all the lights. So we sat there in the dark, she chanted someting and the rest of us were giggling. Bur then suddenly, one of my friends got up and yelled she wanted to stop because she thought she saw something in the hall, and she started crying and her mom had to come get her in the middle of the night because she was so scared. I never saw or heard anything. And nothing has ever happened during the ouija board playing. But that doesn't mean nothing didn't come through, i guess.
Apart from this, I can't think of anything that could have caused anything.
Yes, it's highly possible my exhaustion is amplified by the presence. I'm trying to fight it, though. It's actually working. But I can tell I still have a long way to go. But I can do it!
I would like to thank you guys for taking the time to read my story and to give advice. I really appreciate it
Emo, you can also burn sage or Palo Santo wood to help cleanse your home of this entity. Easily found online. Just be sure to have it smoking well, go through your home with it in every corner and crevice. Reciting the prayer I gave you helps this process. If you can get some holy water, you can make the sign off the cross over your doorways as well. There are other things that can be done, but since you are new to the paranormal, let's start you with this.
Another thing I highly suggest is to ask a member of the clergy of your choice to come to do a house blessing. You don't have to be a member of a church to ask for this.
OK, I'll see what i can find. And I'll look into getting someone to do the house-blessing.
I have a possibly silly question, but I'll ask anyway: I've seen a lot of horror-movies. And every time they try to bless the home, whatever's haunting the place gets really angry and then everything gets really really bad. I have to know if there is anything realistic at all about that? I know they have to exaggerate in order to get people to watch the movies, but is that a reaction that may happen in the real world?
That can and does happen when something is demonic or very, very negative. So far, the entity has responded to you by backing off when you tell it to, so it may not react at all or perhaps have a minor reaction to being told to move along. Better to confront and fight back now before it gets worse or more deeply embedded in your life.
OK, thank you. It's good to know just in case. That way I won't be as surprised and it will be easier to stand my ground if it happens.
Hon, I sense you have some strength to you. Stand your ground and have no fear of it. This is your realm, your home, your life. Claim it and stand firm.
