Ghost Adventures shares facts

A new episode on D+ this month, and it appears to be another Utah location, a 25 minute drive from my home! Weekend after this one coming up. It's a dance and concert pavillion on the shore of the Great Salt Lake. Except the lake is so low this year that the water is miles away.

We were invited to an investigation at the location GA did two episodes ago, shot just last winter. We were very fortunate. Later this month, we can't wait!
Very Cool!

Zak has thrown together some themed clip shows for airing on Travel Chanel, one of them tonight or tomorrow, I believe.

Released today for streaming on D+: Season 25 episode 2: Terror at the Toy Shop "The crew encounters poltergeist activity at Hollywood Toys & Costumes".

2 weeks ago i cut out cable and subscribed to discovery plus, netflix, disney plus, and a couple others.....best thing i ever did, once you get used to the new routine it is worth it, i now get all the same channels i watch 90% of the time for a whole lot less... cable was 150. a month and now im paying around 50. , so very much worth it. with the roku channel you get all the local programming and about 200 others, grit, laugh, metv, etc... free and then the aps you subscribe to. a smart tv merges them into a seamless menu page. very easy once you figure it out...lol... but so far very happy with the decision to quit cable.
agreed

Last week's episode on D+ in Helper, Utah is apparently the final one for the season. Hoping they have a new season ready to start in October, for Halloween.

A local guy well-known to us has been feeding Zak locations from northern Utah. He has his own style, is kind of a showman with too much eye makeup, and hosts frequent ticketed investigations. He also has corporate backing from the local "naughty boutique". A friend claims one of his people threw stuff in the dark at one investigation, hitting her in the chest. She didn't return to one of their investigations after that. He's been holding events at Ghost Adventures locations just a week after air dates and charges a small fortune for tickets. Connections with a well-known show have advantages.

He recently posted a pic of his gear pile. It's about a quarter the size of ours, lol.

well, i guess getting hit in the head from flying debris sends a stronger message than a flashlight flickering....lol... who needs an emt thingy when you got someone hiding and throwing stuff.
its the same for a lot of Bigfoot and cryptid groups now also. theres a local group here who holds conferances and tours. from what ive heard they do the same with someone following and hiding in the shadows so ppl can get the "experiance" or think they are having an encounter.. i saw this form of entertainment rise up in tourist areas years ago with the ghost tours and such, now it seems it is becoming more and more common for "real" type groups to take this path.

That kind of crap is utterly denounced by our group, it gives the industry a very bad name. Unfortunately these people tend to be the loudest and get the most attention.

I don't have a problem with people making a living off the paranormal, but people who are faking it are doing a terrible disservice to everyone else who takes it seriously, as well as disrespecting the dead. You can't call them out publicly or you risk a libel suit that most judges would shake their heads at and wonder why their time is being wasted.
