My high school class ring is about the only thing I can ever remember losing. I'm not so much interested in getting it back as I am what happened to it. Years ago I asked a local radio show psychic about the ring and she said it had been stolen. What was surprising was she described a neighbor girl, a good friend of my younger sister, down to her prominent freckles. This girl was in our house frequently.

I lost a small box of "treasures" from my kids. I have no idea where this box went, what move it got lost in. It is just gone.

Isn't that a rule with ear rings ? They get lost ?

Im kind of with Duke, I just want to know how / where things ended up.

An original Nintendo game that I didn't have for very long when I was about eight years old. Not sure if I lost it or if it was stolen at the time. And my yearbook from '98 - but that's just to name a few.

I had a brass and gold Nazi officer's sword that got filched from my house. Dad brought back from Germany or France. Kerea war era.
Oh, and my tools stolen off my job site.

First thing to search for, would be a trash can to throw it all into. Seriously though, the only thing I would want back would be my innocence. Material things don't interest me, but I really would like to scroll back to the age of crawling, of when this life was new, fascinating, and completely free from the world's unpleasantries.

Check your socks drawer Lynne. Maybe they reappear where other things disappear- like a cosmic trade.
