How do you like yours?

I made my famous spicy chicken tri-linguine one time, and a guest put pepper on it before I could stop them. They tried to eat it, but I made them start over with a fresh plate because it is hot enough to begin with.
Blatant disrespect to the chef. In some places the cook will kick guest out of the restaurant for that.
 
I think you would enjoy it, Charleh. There's a certain Zen to it! You need a good grill, then you can grill some steaks! First lesson - grilling is not the same as barbecuing.
I’ve never been a fan of bbqs. Either give me a fire pit or a griddle or sorts

I'm not too fussy about the cut but has to be well done for me. I just don't get people that can eat their steak blue rare. May as well take it out the fridge and eat it as is :eek:
