Evidently this one does a test alarm when you initiate it. A fact my son would have known had he read the instructions...lol

There would be bad words here, too. I can't stand high pitched beeping noises!

That's the point of the alarm...it sure gets your attention! lol My son can hear that on the far side of the house when I hear nothing due to the blaring TV.

LOL!!! I used to do that, Paint. There was a time I read 3 books a week. With all the reading of content I do for the forum now, my brain is too tired to wrap around a storyline most days. This is why I take Weds. nights off...my brain needs to rest.

I am usually in the middle of at least two books! I keep one in the breakfast nook to read, while I eat my first meal of the day, and the other on my night stand for bedtime reading.

I used to buy those dried ones from an Asian market; they are supposed to have health benefits. I didn't notice any, though.
