Hey gang, I'm going to get a project done in the garage before it starts raining. Have to put grips on the irons that I built.
See you around early evening.

I had a service call where the customer tried changing their smokes and somewhere in the house, one was still beeping rofl. They were about to jump out the windows from craziness. After a good hour of the owners, me and my helper at the time searching, i finally found it on top of the hutch (where the husband put it) haha. You are much like my son. He can't stand repetitive noises. Sensory processing overload.
I'll bet he did not get dinner that night lol.I had a service call where the customer tried changing their smokes and somewhere in the house, one was still beeping rofl. I hope so! The last few weeks it's been bumped by "other" news items out there.I'm sure it will speed up as we move closer to Samhain!
Poor guy lol. The wife was quite angry for having to pay us to complete the job and remove that damn beeping.Oh, that man went without dinner and a few other things for days...lol
They are a fruit from an asian tree called Jujube. The fruit is small with a hard seed in the middle and the texture is a bit pithy but they have a nice flavor. One guy that tasted them the other day said he thinks they taste like apples. I think it is a little different than an apple. Usually my friend and I pick them and eat them as they are but I have so many now I am planning on finding a jam recipe for them. It started with a tree my mother planted a couple of decades ago. We didn't know they were edible so we just swept up the fruit every year. Then one year after I inherited the house I spent 14 months in Dallas and when I came back there were volunteer jujube trees all over that corner of the yard. I never had tome to do anything with them so I now have a small forest. What are those and what do you use them in?
