That's what you need to do anytime you feel this around. From most of my experiences these things are cowardly, shown when they couldn't get to you they targeted your son.I don't know his age but he should get on board with telling these off as well. They seem to target people when they are afraid, vulnerable or young. I've had these plus many positive experiences with the paranormal, its just part of life if your open and sensitive. You sound like you have control anyway.Welcome Erica to the site, there are some interesting accounts to read here.
Thank you!! Yes I've spoken out a few times to whatever this is. My son is just 1 and barely has any vocabulary yet. But if things continue or progress as he gets older I'll be sure to encourage him to take a stand. For the most part the experiences are mundane and typical and nothing causes me any concern. A few times, concentrated in his room, there has been a dark energy felt. Once when I was up with him in the middle of the night, when he was about 8 months old, the energy in his room became very heavy. My heart started to race, the hairs on my arm stood up and I got that prickly sensation on the back of my neck. I watched as the darkness in the corner of his room grew thicker, heavier, darker. I began to feel the need to pull my son closer, shield him. And I was absolutely terrified all of sudden. I then let out a breath, said you're not welcome here. If you bring any negativity or wish any harm on my family you need to leave this house." The feelings subsided and the room brightened. There is something about his room and I feel there is something negative that is trying to get into our home. I don't know what to do about it. My husband is a complete skeptic, though agrees there are some weird occurrences. My in laws both think we're crazy.
