You had me at "cheese"....lol I have been doing a lot of meatless meals of late. Cheese and veggies are high on my list of ingredients right now.

I bought the giardiniera for use in a charcuterie board but it was crowded so I left it out. Now, what can you do with briny veggies that make you squint? I’m thinking…chicken.

Good news for you and the family. if I didn’t get Mac and Cheese like at least every three weeks I would revolt. But, at those times I can go meatless.
