Patch is doing much better. I really think that he has some PTSD. The cat has to live with his life was horrific.LOL There's always that one sibling....Hey, how's Patch doing?
My brother is very nice to him. He has peace.

An animal can suffer a form of PTSD. And from your description of how you found him, I have no doubt he has some. The fact he is loved and has found peace with your brother is a wonderful gift.
