I still do! Is this wrong?

I say dinner is the biggest meal of the day; can be at noon or in the evening. Supper is a meal in the evening and can be called dinner if it's the biggest meal of the day.

Although used interchangeably, (by myself as well) Dinner usually refers to either a formal meal, or the largest meal of the day. It is not time-specific. Supper is usually taken to mean an informal meal or a light meal at the end of the day.
