this part still in process of install camera..because this ward just open end last year for critical kid patient.Is there a video security camera that looks down the corridor in the photo?

one thing it looks like it could be to me is a collapsed wheelchair. Many wheelchairs’ sides fold inwards towards the middle. Then the wheels end up being very close together and the material in the seat and the back fold up and lean to one side.
