im on and off at the gym, workout for a year or two and then take a break of 6 months or so.... I also make sure all my work around the house is manual labor just to force some type of extra activity out of myself....push mower, landscaping with wood and concrete, etc....
I used to run 3 to 5 miles a day in my younger years but not so much anymore....mainly because ive always hated running, lol... there are much better ways to get a cardio workout without the sheer boredom of running.....also partake in a lot of outdoor activities such as canoeing and kayaking...
