So this has to be added to the earlier list of the perfect guy then?
Well, I've dated a lot of Irishmen, so clearly not.

Haha! Just joking, anyone of Irish descent! (no, seriously, look up "the curse of the Irish")

That's interesting... Do you seek out Irishmen, or is it just a coincidence you happen to meet a lot of Irishmen?

Oh no, I used to look for them in the Irish bars, but that was when I was in my '20's and in the dating scene. I think I've posted that I am an Anglophile. At the time, one of my friends started taking me to the Irish bars since to her, the English and Irish were the same. I fell in love with the Irish culture, took Gaelic lessons, set dancing lessons and used to go to the Irish bars to surround myself with people from that part of the world. I do not go to American bars. Yuk! Meat market and sleazy.

The Irish bars, even the ones in Boston are very laid back. Usually there is someone (musician) performing for Guinness beer. People just keep sending the beer over all night. There is just a sense of comradeship and a good time or "craic" as they call it. There isn't the frenzied atmosphere like in our bars.
