I have been 3rd shift for so many years I couldn't re-adapt to days if I tried.

Yeah, I've worked it before, and really liked it. Only issue was trying to sleep during the day.

I have the bedroom windows blacked out, and my wife goes to her art studio during the day. Just me and the cats during the day.

I took a friend of mine up there turned the wrong way and found a privately owned "Mayberry" A little courthouse/jail. Emmet's, Howard Spragues office, and Wally's service station. My friend was so excited he spent 45 minutes taking pictures and looking around. I didn't have the heart to tell him I was lost and had found it by accident.
