That's what I do. But I have two very picky eaters around here other than myself, and I do most of the eating when I cook. Ah, kids.

I like them ALL but being as how I am a Texican I'll go for the fajits to start. We love Mexican food and have it several times a week, My wife is making enchiladas for Christmas. (Beef, Chicken, and Cheese) We don't do traditional Christmas dinners anymore. Now Mexican food is our "traditional" Christmas fare. We make enough for us and the kids to eat them for days.
