Ok gang , earlier this afternoon the voting was tied and I made Kung Pao chicken with all of the popular vegetables.
I even sprinkled those dried Chow Mein noodles on top. And included those little baby corns. Spouts. Bamboo and water chestnuts. Celery, carrots and broccoli.
A year ago when I made this I tried something new and it was pretty good. I put a cup of peanuts in the wok with peanut oil and teriyaki. Just keep stirring for a couple minutes and then drain it off.
Heck I could eat those by themselves all day long.
