Peanuts go in a Hot Wok with teriyaki and sesame seeds !
Cashews are really good too, when I can afford them.
The beauty of homemade Chinese is cooking it without too much sauce. That way you can taste all the different vegetables.
Monday I'm making a gallon and a half of salad and a big thing of fajitas.
