I see a lot that is wrong with this picture, but not paranormal wrong. Note the eyes are almost perfect squares. The image itself is some in "frost" and the other part of the image is in a shadow form with a bit of skeleton look, which should not have shown up in the pic.

Yeah, I agree. This looks like a Halloween effect I've seen previously, that's why I recommended seeing if anyone sells something like this. It's too stereotypically Halloweenish for me, although I still think the condensation effect is a possibility.

I really dont think this was from a person. The face is too creepy to be from a person and the hands are bigger then the face

That can be mimicked by sliding one's hands down the glass a bit.
