Can you tell me what you like about Deam Koontz paranormal stories? I read a couple and I was not impressed, he does not seem to to his research, but it has been years since I read anything and can't remember which one it was. Did he write a book called Audry Rose?

I've read a few Koontz books and they were good until the end. Always seems the endings are rushed or deflated or predictable (at least the ones i have read thus far).

Yes, I thought that too. Much like Dan Brown who thinks he's writing a mystery but you know who the bad guy is before the middle of the book. Disappointing.

Oh, ok. I have read so many books some of them meld together. I can't remember which Dean Koontz book I read, but I do remember that I preferred Stephen King to him and I do not enjoy Stephen King.

Ever tried Odd Thomas?
Those books are the best he has ever written.

I have not but friend of mine has. He said they were pretty good. Will have to check them out one day.
