Dean Koontz new book out

I may have to investigate these!
a few other good reads are "monster" by frank peretti, "vanish", "valley of shadows", and beckon" by tom pawlik and "the 6th extinction" by james rollins...all older books but good reads that are paranormal, cryptid, based

Can you tell me what you like about Deam Koontz paranormal stories? I read a couple and I was not impressed, he does not seem to to his research, but it has been years since I read anything and can't remember which one it was. Did he write a book called Audry Rose?
Frank De Felitta wrote Audrey Rose.

I've read a few Koontz books and they were good until the end. Always seems the endings are rushed or deflated or predictable (at least the ones i have read thus far).
Yes, I thought that too. Much like Dan Brown who thinks he's writing a mystery but you know who the bad guy is before the middle of the book. Disappointing.

The Big Sky by Koontz is now available. I got it on Kindle Unlimited for free and am on chapter 19. So far it's been a good read! If you like paranormal books, this is turning into a pretty good one.
I'm on chapter 34. I really only read for an hour or so each night.
It's a great book.

The best Koontz novels that I've ever read though remains the Odd Thomas series.
Those are his best.

Ever tried Odd Thomas?
Those books are the best he has ever written.
