I can see it now. A kid brings a note to CentCom saying "We've hacked your soldiers. Do as we say or we will turn them on you.".

I think it more likely that one of the soldiers would deliver the notice, perhaps by writing it on a nearby whiteboard. Or while doing the hokey-pokey, or something (just to prove that the soldier's implants had been compromised).
