Teens were much older back then. When I worked in the drinks trade a lot of adults were teens so it balances out.

Shug Fisher (Old Man Harris) was a well know musician, who played fiddle, mandolin and guitar for Sons of the Pioneers. He appeared in a number of Roy Rogers films, another member of The Sons of the Pioneers. Producer Ken Curtis was also a member of the band. Many of you will rembember him as Shorty Kellems, from 17 episodes of The Beverly Hillbillies (1969-1970). He also played base fiddle for a band called The Beverly Hill Billies.
