I finally made my yearly batch of creamy pea & baby red potato soup, using home-grown peas. Good old-fashioned farm/ranch dish that fills you up and tastes yummy. Just nailed it this year and Im taking it for lunch tomorrow, with a butter-fried Tilapia fillet.
I pulled out what was left of the peas yesterday and got the ground prepped for two hills of summer squashes.
I have had to water the newly planted okra row three times today, to keep it from drying out in the heat.
Humidity is currently 6%.
