I have a pedal assist bicycle. It helps keep my sugar levels down and I enjoy the fresh air and exercise. I try to ride 50 miles each week.

Oh wow. Sugar levels? Are you diabetic? I was for the last 5 years until a few weeks ago, Insulin Resistant.

Type II, so if I get enough exercise, my levels are almost normal. My doc is happy and impressed with my mileage.
