I woke up at 4 am and told myself it was too early to get up. Twenty minutes later, I'm still awake and thinking about the day. Might as well get up, I told myself.

It does help when I set up the coffee maker the night before. I just hit an on switch in the morning. No measuring coffee, water first thing and it's quicker. The machine does have an automatic feature, but I don't use it.

I'm currently cutting back on my caffeine level in the evening to see if that helps me any. Fizzy water time.
