Yup! It's coming fast and for some reason they are pushing the point. I think because they want people shopping early.

probably, i was in walmart a couple days ago. they had been re-doing their floors for a week or so and would move entire departments, one at a time to do the area. now its all finished and everything put back together. i was walking through and kept feeling like something was different. it finally dawned on me the isles were about a quarter wider all through the store, the mens dept, was roomier than ive ever seen it, same with all other departments. wondering if this is just to cover the lack of goods available right now. kind of covering it up so its not as noticed.the food section still has bare shelves but the rest can be disguised sort of...

I would bet that is the reason. I have never seen them make the aisles wider! Ever!

neither have I, the mens clothes dept was cut down to half the racks i think, very roomy. same with most depts. either due to the shortage or a glimpse of the future plans of walmart. i had heard at the beginning of the year they were wanting to get away from the super center theme and cut way back on what they carry. could be that coming in to play too.

Could be a "twofer". I absolutely HATE the new set up for ordering. They keep trying to put anything they can into "shipping" instead of pickup and I have to move it back to pickup. By the time I was done with a small order the other day I was ready to scream. It is not user friendly.

ohhh i had heard also that they were re-vamping their order process and it was not user friendly. and had a few glitches. the current CEO of walmart has a serious amazon fetish or something. i think the competition of trying to keep up with amazon is getting to him...lol

Yup! And it's a pain to use. Before, you could shop either pick-up or go on over to the "Store" section to order things. Now it's all jammed together. Whoever designed this new website should be fired. It's soooo bad.
