My sister lets him out every so often she is the only one that he doesn’t bite

He likes to make noise while I’m trying to do house work to the point I would like to rip my ears off of my head

Sometimes they really need to be out of their cage more to actually settle down. They are very curious and also need to move around to prevent boredom (and screaming!)
