How do we know they actually have the virus? Given the pressure to roll out these tests for a new virus, we can't be sure the tests are 100% accurate. There may be many false positives.

The could be's and the should be's are all over on this virus. All we can do is go with the figures on hand. This is such a new virus, and you do make a case about the tests for sure, but this is exactly why the darn thing is so dangerous. We DO know that some people are super carriers and never show a symptom but spread it all over. We DO know some of the tests are showing false positives, and vice versa at times!

My advice to anyone who doubts what this virus can do is ask any nurse or doctor on the front lines. They will tell you these little things don't matter when you have patients dying and there is nothing they can give them other than life support.

So keep the prayers up, and keep the positive energy flowing. It's the one defense we do have.

I'm currently try not to fall asleep waiting for a doctor to call me back. I was woken up by chest cramps and feeling like I wasn't getting enough oxygen after three hours sleep last night. I got worse a little while ago and called for help, though I'm a little more stable now. I'm a little breathless all the time. But the tiredness just hit me and I'm trying to stay awake....
Ben I didn’t know you were sick. Sorry to hear this. Will be praying for you.

A lesson I've learned over the past few weeks that might be helpful. Consider shopping for hard to find necessities at local dollar stores....Dollar General, Family Dollar, Dollar Tree, etc. Many of these stores are a bit of the beaten path, or maybe not be in the best part of town, but I've had good luck with them.

Yesterday I managed to score a large bottle of bleach and a couple gallons of distilled water at a DG kind of in the middle of nowhere. They also had toilet paper. This morning I drove past a DG with just one car in the lot, so I stopped and was rewarded with Lysol and Dial anti-bacterial hand soap. In both instances, their somewhat limited variety of food products was fully stocked.

- Sneezes went from bless you to f*** you real quick.

OMG ... yes it did. I used this reply to a sneeze very recently... the checker at the grocery store sneezed all over me - she's lucky that was my reply... first and last time I've gone out this month... how rude

Why the first post disappeared - then a new reply - then reappeared - is a mystery ~ but it is sure sign I'm HOME and should have been here sooner!

Good news! I just had an over the phone test where I had to hold my breath for as long as I could and also count to thirty fast without breathing. I passed both with aplomb, so apparently I've gone from getting out of breath sitting down doing nothing earlier to mister lung capacity in the hours I've been waiting! I hope it holds.
My chest still feels awful, but... well. I can't believe how quickly that passed, but I am so, so happy that it did.

Thank'ee Creator! So So smiling now for you!
