Yes, I've only lived where I am at for 2 years and I already am unhappy with the clutter :/

I found all sorts of stuff today I didn't know I had. And since I hadn't missed it, it went out the door. My theory is, if I haven't missed it in two years, or if it is not info I have to keep, it's gone.

back south, further down in the swamplands... thought i found a place last month, 2 acres with an acre pond. dirt road, nice but the day before i was to go visit it the realtor called and filled me in on some new info that just wouldnt work... the sellers had tried to hide a few things that werent yet known, like there was about to be no water supply from the city due to a change in the zoning...and a few other things dealing with power also.... so had to pass that one up, but i will find something else in the area
