Hiya !
My brother and I used to store all of our treasures in Mom and Dad's basement. When Mom moved I made sure I boxed up all of the vinyl. It's safe and upstairs and lots of stuff dates back to - Mom's as a little girl in the 50s. Dad's 26 rpm Al Jolson and Hoagie Carmichael records. My 45's and our 1970s through mid 80s records.
Brother still has a turntable and when he unboxed in there was the Rolling Stones from 1981 Tattoo You.
I still think there's a lot of early rock and roll that sounds best listening to on my ever-present little transistor radio. ( there are a ton of small independent radio stations with not much broadcast power out there. Way high up on the am dial. They are fun to try to find when I'm working in a new town.)
Anyway I hope everybody has a great day and I'm going to do round two of chopping firewood.
