Sorry I disappeared! The school next door is having fireworks for the grads and I had to run out to check the horse. Jeeze their back lot borders my property. There’s a lot of trees on the property line but it’s way too close to my barn for comfort.
 
There is "safety" in the familiar routine and all of us have been traumatized to some extent over the past year.

Perhaps we have learned to be happy with our own company lol. Do what makes you happy.

And there is that as well. What worked for us prior to this may not be what we choose to do now. The world truly has changed.

Yep. I try to hold my tongue because I don’t want to be the old hag spoiling the fun. However I’m shocked they can set that much fireworks off so close to peoples houses.

Thanks. It's rough though. I had a year of isolation before the pandemic ans this started just when I was at the point a lot of people are at now, so I sort of lived through it twice, as far as being alone went. I'm trying!
