I was thinking and I would like to have everyone "2 cents" on this. With the wacky weather that we are having lately, Did the Russians "hacked" Harp in the great state of Alaska? Or is it just global warming/cooling? or is it just normal weather that affects us all?

I think we may be able to nudge it on occasion, but the changes the earth is experiencing is, IMHO, simply part of the overall natural cycles of the earth. Space weather also has an influence, I think.

No doubt the Russians would like to control the weather. Heaven help us should any government be able to do so. Man is wacky to try to have a major impact on weather. That is asking for trouble. I believe that what we are seeing is the normal cycles that the earth goes through. Weather is very complex.
