Mine is based on my home grown tomatoes with onion, garlic, olives and mushrooms. I have this around once a fortnight.

I made a bolognese from a classic italian chef, Marcella Hazan. It took 4 or so hours 3 kind of ground meat, prosciutto, (lamb,pork,beef) and for that special umami kick,liver. One of the best sauces I've ever had but you have to babysit it for 4 hours..not a one pot-er.... One of her signature dishes is the following pasta recipe...it is beyond easy and tastes pretty damn good. It's so easy it can't be that good.? Wrong!
