I'm wondering if he tries his best to line someone up and if he cannot, has open lines. On the other hand, I could stand one hour of open lines followed by two hours of truth or trash. The one hour buys Art a chance to get his SKYPE working !

No, when he started the show, he said he would try to do Open Lines for Fridays. BUT he's hit us with a guest or two on Fridays along the way, so it's hard to tell in advance what he's up to! :)
