They are everywhere through God's Holy Spirit. They were given His Spirit when created and it was never taken from them. They can see into the furture as well because God's Spirit is there.

That's because they were once angels. And until judgment day comes, they have jurisdiction over the earth. You bet they know more and are more powerful than us
