There is data to show that melatnonin, and citrus can decalcify the pineal gland. I want to do more research on this. The pineal gland has long been called by some, the third eye. Calcium has dielectric properties that I belive may block function. This would explain why younger people (Pre-Teen) seem to be more able to interact with the paranormal. That's my theory anyway.

What I do sometimes if I am pasting from another source which uses funny fonts, hypertext links, etc is to paste into notepad (a simple text editor in MS-Windows) and then turn around and copy and paste from notepad to the forum. This method gets rid of any special formatting and converts everything to simple text. Yeah, its an extra step. Yeah, its an extra open program. I just leave notepad open during forum sessions and copy/paste, copy/paste all night.

I don't know if this is the same as you are describing, Glyph, but athletes often visualize the result that they want. A basketball player seeing the ball go thru the hoop, a baseball player seeing the ball hit the bat, a hockey player seeing the puck hit the goal net BEFORE they take action. Seeing the result affects the result

It's called setting your intention...and it most certainly affects outcome. There are scientific studies out there showing that at a quantum level, this works.
