i have read previously individuals practicing with visualzing on there little screen in their mind helps with the functioning of the Pineal Gland. someone mentioned it here before, with eyes closed look into the third eye are, raised eyes

There is data to show that melatnonin, and citrus can decalcify the pineal gland. I want to do more research on this. The pineal gland has long been called by some, the third eye. Calcium has dielectric properties that I belive may block function. This would explain why younger people (Pre-Teen) seem to be more able to interact with the paranormal. That's my theory anyway.
