I'm about the same, no pain level increase. The steroid packs seem to be helping with the upper back/ neck injury. The only thing that is staying is the nerve damage, i can deal with that it's more annoying than anything else. Hope you are doing well Debi, and everyone else . Gotta run, i have to clock in early tonight for a meeting. See everyone on the flip side.
