Are you baking or buying this year?

I am taking the easy road this year! I am making peanut butter blossoms from Reese's Peanut butter cookie dough, and making the Reese's Pieces cookies. They are my family's favorites and both come in dough form ready to cook.

What I will miss is the nut roll. This is the classic Polish/Croatian Christmas treat but it's too much for me to make and too expensive to buy. I will compensate with more cookies.

Oh, and the poppyseed cake...sigh. Just not up to making it this year.

I use to order them every year for Christmas.

I haven't had those in years. My dad was a huge fan of the liquid cordial cherries. Every Christmas he got a few boxes lol.
