In the middle of winter, it's hard to remember sometimes that light is coming back to earth. However, despite the gray, cloudy days, we know that soon, the sun will return. Keep this in mind during those dreary days when it seems winter will never end, by invoking the four classical elements.

It is a time of death and rebirth. The darkest of the dark. We are in the cocoon of winter, preparing for Solstice, and reviewing all that transpired this this past year. All of the patterns that need to change, and pieces of ourselves that need to be let go, and transmuted. Surrender and let it die while preparing for the new expansion. Be easy on yourself and celebrate this accelerated time of transformation.
