Hello! I’ve been feeling from time to time my bed shaking/ vibrating, especially at night. My daughter felt it too when we were chatting, lying on my bed. We haven’t been having any earthquakes lately in our area, so it’s kinda bizarre. Have you ever felt it too?

Oh-yes!
I've also encountered knockings from under my bed.
There was also a time when I woke up and found the mattress was on the floor; I was not.
Oh ... I’m really sorry to hear that.
No knockings here so far.

Don't be. While I cannot say what is the cause of your experiences, my experiences were long ago and were a friendly contact from disembodied people who once lived on that land.

Yes, I've had the experience! In my case, this happened prior to a visitations by a late relative who wanted to give a message to me. I've also had it happen once or twice after a pet death, but this was more like the pet was walking on the bed and then shaking itself as they would after a bath.

Energy can manifest in many ways. This seems to be a common attempt at getting our attention.

I also had this for a time when I moved to a new house,I tried to work out what it was including thinking it was my nerves but never found an answer.I always do this before drawing any paranormal conclusions but sometimes there is no scientific answer.I've heard of this from quite a few people, even those very sceptical of anything paranormal.

Did this happen when you were awake? My first thought was it was perhaps the state prior to or after an out of body experience. Ive read that we often go out of body while we sleep and most of the time we are unaware. Some feel that they are moving during this time.

Hi Lyanne, sorry for my late reply.

Every time these shakings/ vibrations happened, I was wide awake. I’m not really worried about it, I’m just curious if others have felt it too...
Talking about out of body experience, years ago I had an amazing dream ... I dreamt that I was flying inside of a tunnel of air; kinda being sucked into this tunnel . I was afraid at the beginning but still remember that I thought I’d not get out of it alive so started enjoying the ride because could not fight it. Up at the end, I could see blue sky with a fantastic light. I felt an immense joy, so intense that I still remember it after so many years. Beautiful dream! Thank you Lyanne for your concern.
have a good night!
