Why a "wicked" witch?

Maybe Art is wicked by nature. What else would explain his fascination with the other forum.

Fully aware of that....I just hate handing a loaded weapon to more people with no clue how to use it....or the repurcussions thereof fully understood. Too many people like to "dabble" and find themselves, and their targets, in deep trouble.
