After looking up all Spielberg movies so I could answer your question, it would have to be Duel. Loved it as a kid when I first saw it.

I guess I'll cast a vote for Jurassic Park. I have always liked dinosaurs and Jurassic Park was the first realistically presented dinosaurs. Before that, dinosaurs were usually shown with very bad claymation animation and such and were just not realistic.

Jaws was a good movie but I had read the book and the movie wasn't nearly as good as the book. The book was about people and how they were dealing with this problem where the movie was almost totally about a big fish that was eating people.

ET is for sure my favorite out of all of them! Grew up watching it, it used to scare me as a kid haha. I've overcome that fear and have come to love it
