I know there was some bad blood with Art and GN, and I don't know all the details, but it seems like Art is wise to a superb piece of advice: "The best revenge is living a good life."

I don't see how there could be anything illegal about Art offering up his show for international satellite delivery. It is already distributed to anyone on the planet with an internet connection. My opinion only, of course...

There could be issues about the bumper music rights. I think Art requires the affiliate to have their own blanket music usage rights

If they only had Art's ratings they would be serious competition too
With only 250,000 listeners and sinking fast they hav to play 50% commercias just to keep afloat. They are rapidly approaching the tipping point with the nearest land straight downward and not very dry.
