What If Aliens Are Future Versions of Humans?

This is a theory often raised. Thoughts? Possible? Probable? Or no way?

I've always believed the humanoid type aliens are us in the future.I find the chances of alien life having two eyes a nose and mouth as a lot of earthlings have just too big of a chance,it's our evolution here.The only trouble I have with this theory is us surviving long enough to evolve differently.

I can see where that idea has a lot of possibilities. I can even think of several paths that could lead to humans evolving into something much like the grays. Civilization is great for the people that live there but it is a slow death to a species.

In the US for example the average IQ is falling. There is not only no advantage in the evolutionary sense of having very much intelligence, it is now actually advantageous to be dumb as a box of rocks. People that are poor, unintelligent, and won't work are paid big bucks to stay at home and make babies. Many inmates in the Texas prison system have dozens of kids. When Daddy goes to prison his kids get social security benefits as if he had been a worker and died. This is why you so often see people on welfare that live in public housing driving new cars.

Intelligent hard-working people want to give their kids things like a college education, nice clothes, and plenty to eat and so limit their reproduction. Given enough time the stupid lazy people will become an ever-larger part of our society. I think that we may eventually become two different species.

If or rather as that happens the more violent and less intelligent people will make it such that the more Intelligent branch of humanity may have to physically separate from the slowly devolving, less intelligent, and more violent masses. Remember the story that H. G. Wells wrote about the time traveler. The easiest place for them to get away might be to migrate to the moon and live in sealed underground cities. After a few hundred generations you might end up with scientifically advanced but physically small and weak versions of humanity.

It is possible that they could be caused to be that way because of some sort of genetic disaster. They may be coming to the past to harvest our genes in an effort to return their species to a more vigorous state by hybridizing themselves with our more primitive but physically vigorous and superior versions of humanity. We are going to keep messing with things and eventually someone is going to create something a million times worse than COVID and lose control and containment of it. The only way that the damaged survivor might be able to survive is to leave this planet either to the moon which has 1/6 G, Mars which has 1/3G, or just give up on planets and become Homo-intraplanitary and live on low gravity space cities. All of which would further weaken and change the way we looked.

if they were just curious they could probably go much less noted. There are also a lot of different types of UFOs and not all of the reported interactions with visitors are little grays. The problem that caused them to leave Earth's gravity field may be that at some point some of these other visitors became less than friendly and drove us off the planet much as the Europeans drove the Native Americans off their lands.

That is only three of the ways that I could imagine the Grays being a future version of our current Homo-Sapiens-Sapiens. I have a very wild imagination...LOL.

Lol,I can't stop laughing at this post,it's as funny as it is sad and true.We are also losing touch with nature,the only mother that can save our species imo.You have to laugh,it's better than crying,but you can't help wondering, what we will become.

Throughout the history of humanity, you can see the rise and fall of the great civilizations. Mankind is the greatest predatory animal of this epoch and has conquered or wiped out nearly all of the other great predators. Our current civilization has made it so that money and power have replaced size, strength and intelligence as the most important factor. We are getting weaker, smaller, and fatter because there is no longer an advantage in the physical or mental strength that there used to be.

The PROBLEM is that while we have left the jungle, not all nations have left that mentality behind them. The people rioting and burning in our big cities are what the future may hold for all of our current western societies. When you become too weak to protect yourself eventually something is going to get you if you leave you protected places. When a society becomes so weak that they allow the things that are not only being allowed in our cities but to seemingly encourage it, we and our culture have left our safe places and something is sure to come and get us.

I have considered this as a possibility along with time travel being possible in the future. The consequences would be so great that it would instantly be ruled illegal. That means the only people allowed to come back here would be scientists and the criminal element. The rules would dictate that no contact would be made with humanity just in case they allow technology to take a leap forward by mistake. Still this may happen by mistake and they will have to live with the consequences.
The issue of a nuclear accident is highly likely in the next 1000 years which may either wipe out a species or it may be a virus mutation that does it. Either way a good solution would be to go back and obtain fresh genetic material from a known good time. Even in 3020 they will be enjoying a good burger.
It could also be why people are living underground, or maybe the weather is just too damn hot. Or maybe we did make contact with an ET after all, and what we see are the genetic result of interbreeding.

From what I have learned about the past in Egypt, it has always been the way that technology was not understood by the masses and was kept a secret for the ruling class. It looks very much like we have had a visit from a higher intelligence back then, but they took all (most) their technology with them when they left.

Here's a question - What if our ancient past has been shaped by people from our distant future? Our history may have already been altered by people of our future !

This topic reminds me of a mini-series show from the 90's called Taken. It is very interesting it is very close to the topic
