What Color Is This Dress?

I see white and gold. Supposedly, there's something about the photo that hits a certain perception spectrum in the eye where it's able to be perceived either way.
 
Well, looking at it again I now see very light blue and gold...and a woman who shouldn't be wearing horizontal stripes.

Clearly white and gold. Perhaps an afternoon of throwing back cold ones would help me see it as a different color...

OK, the really weird thing is, now that I know it's supposed to be blue and black, the pic is actually changing colors to me each time I view it!!! :eek:
