Love hellraiser. They're doing a remake. Exorcist is freaky as hell too. The directors cut.

The House on Haunted Hill with Vincent Price.
    Killer Klowns From Outer Space
    Mr. Sardonicus

Breaking the rule limit of three:
    Rosemary's Baby is really disturbing.
    The Amityville Horror (original).
    The Christopher Lee vampire movies.
Lon Chaney Jr playing Larry Talbot as the Werewolf.
The classic Universal and Hammer Studios films.

    Great topic, Thanks.:)

I was unexpectedly pleased by the Benicio del Toro remake of The Wolfman - it had the coloring and mood of those old Universal classics down pat. Of course Anthony Hopkins was a nice bonus as well.

I agree, the remake was done very well, especially the first half.
