AS MOST OF THE REGULARS HERE KNOW, MY HUSBAND LOVES TO WATCH ALL THE OLD TV SHOWS. THERE ARE DAYS I'VE THREATENED TO PULL THE PLUG ON HIS WAYBACK MACHINE'S REMOTE CONTROL. LOL

I still enjoy the older comedy shows. Sadly, some are considered politically incorrect these days for various reasons. They are what they, a tool to give a laugh. And who doesn't need a laugh at least once a day. Also, gotta love the intro music to some of the shows we grew up with.

Personally, I love the old kids TV shows. My absolute favourite was Box Of Delights from the mid 80s. I can't get enough of it, even now. Such a magical programme!

It was based on a book by John Masefield and was possibly only shown in the UK. I'll see if I can post something about it...
