I have a great deal more confidence in the BUFORA than I do MUFON. I'm sure they will check to see if the "object" was picked up on radar and/or reported by aircrew. At the same time, they should be having the video examined by someone qualified to do video/film analysis. (I know a ghost guy I could recommend.

Based on the comments of the youngster who took the video, my hunch is we're looking at a reflection or lens flare of some variety. First, he mentions he didn't see the "object" while taking the video, noticing it only when looking later at the video. He further states the image suddenly appeared, then just disappeared (on/off the video.) My guess is the reflection went away as he moved the camera to follow the aircraft.
